What is an argumentative text?
An argumentative text is any writing that uses evidence and facts to support a certain thesis.
What is the purpose of an argumentative essay?
It explores both sides of an issue, ultimately trying to convince readers about the side taken.
What is a thesis statement?
The final statement in the introductory paragraph that introduces the claim the writer will support throughout the essay.

Summarize your arguments, restate strongest points, and end with a memorable closing or call to action.
