oxygen - 15 l via non-rebreath mask
beta agonsit
ipratropium
cortiocsteriod - oral pred 5 day
magensium sulphate IV
amionphylline IV
non-invasive ventilation
when imrpoving
neb salbutamol 4-6 hr
oral pred 5-7 day 3-5 children
monitor PEFR
need to be stable for 24hr and PEFR over75% for discharge
