Q

What happens if blood sugar levels are too high

Q

What happens if the blood sugar levels are too low

A

If the blood glucose concentration is too low the pancreas releases a hormone called glucagon. Which makes the liver change glycogen back into glucose. Released into blood increasing glucose levels. They both maintain a constant blood sugar level.
