Washing/rinsing/drying body from neck down (including the neck, face, hands, back, or hair)
Score 10% for each body part patient completes:

- abdomen
- R upper leg

- front perineal area

- L lower leg

The back - may be in shower or bed bath

In bed, sitting, or standing
