INDICATION-

• PowerCel fully charged (confirm by waiting 1 minute for LED to turn green)

• Charging zinc-battery charger attached

• Potential fault with PowerCel (if LED doesn't turn green after 1 minute, should be considered faulty and replaced)

Orange

BEHAVIOR- Blinks at start-up

PROGRAMMABLE- No

INDICATION-  • 4 quick blinks: battery is fully charged

• 2-3 blinks: battery is sufficiently charged ot power the Naída CI

• 1 quick blink: battery is nearly depleted

• No blinking: depleted battery

 

BEHAVIOR- Solid

PROGRAMMABLE- Yes

INDICATION- The battery is almost depleted.

 

BEHAVIOR- Blinks twice every 3 seconds

PROGRAMMABLE- Yes

INDICATION- Battery is almost depleted and cannot support stimulation (Standby Mode)

 

BEHAVIOR- Fades out

PROGRAMMABLE- No

INDICATION- Naída CI is entering Standby Mode

INDICATION- Loss of lock with implant.

BEHAVIOR- Beeps upon program change

BEHAVIOR- Short Beep upon increase/decrease in volume

INDICATION- Beeps once per press of volume control either up or down. A double beep will be heard when the following settings are reached: top of volume range; baseline setting; bottom of volume range.

Neptune Connect Sync Light

BEHAVIOR- One green flash

INDICATION- Neptune Connect and processor settings are synced. Any changes will take effect on the processor.

 

BEHAVIOR- Flashes red once per second

INDICATION- A mismatch exists between Neptune processor settings and Neptune Connect settings. In order to sync, turn volume dial all the way down (counter-clockwise); verify green light flashes once; then adjust the controls to desired position(s).

 

BEHAVIOR- Solid red light

INDICATION- Error condition. If this occurs, remove and reattach Neptune Connect.
