Absorbed onto bone crystals and slow down the rate of bone turnover

IV have higher risk
Need regular dental check ups
Good oral hygiene
Report any symptoms such as tooth mobility, discomfort or swelling

Mainly seen in long term therapy
Report any thigh, hip or groin pain

Low but seen in long term medication use
Report any ear discomfort, discharge or infection
