A

If cough is effective, the blockage is mild but if ineffective it is considered severe

A

Direct depression of breathing control centre in brain
Upper airway obstruction
Paralysis or impairment of the nerves and muscles that control breathing
Problems affecting the lungs
Drowning

Document
Transfer to an intensive or special care nursery
