Q

What is a Hard Bounce?

A

Hard bounces happen when the recipient’s email is INVALID. These emails will never be delivered and they indicate list hygiene issues and can be a predictor of future spam trap hits. Hard bounce rates should never account for more than 2% of a sender’s overall bounce rate.
