Production Method: Hand harvested in small crates. Skin contact for 2 hours, then pressed. It matures on the fine lees for 6 months in cement vessels.
Story of Wine: Winemaker Fabio Sireci’s belief in quality viticulture dates back generations since its founding in 1469. Without the use of pesticides and chemicals, these organically cultivated 400year old vines are 500-700 meters above sea level. This cru has its origins in a rose garden that Fabios father, Elio, dedicated to his beloved wife, Adele.
