Baldoria Vermouth Verdant
Producer: Baldoria
Name: Vermouth Verdant
Tasting Notes: Tart, funky. “True to its name, this bottling displays an array of “green” fruit and herb aromas, including green apple, lime zest, sorrel, sage, and forest floor. Think sunshine, grassy meadows, wildflowers, butterflies, and buzzing bees. It gets its sunshine from the Baldoria Rose base and adds freshness, lemony sourness (sorrel), blended with cranberry-like and sweet (hibiscus), with earthy notes crowned with floral, herbal, and sweetness (lavender)
