What is your firm’s current objective?
At Alpha Browett Taylor we pride ourselves on connecting with not only our clients but our tenant’s as well, providing reasoned advice in a professional manner, visiting premises and sitting down with tenants which we find formalises better working relationships. Our objective is to keep maintaining this strategy as well as seeking new clients.
We are also implementing ESG objectives for all of our clients.
If you were a sole practitioner, how would you set up a business plan?
When setting up a business plan, I would set out the objectives for the year, clearly stating the strategic goal, the objective and how I/we would measure our success.
When building towards a new future in regards to a financial plan, I would create a chart showing where the business is expecting to receive income and identify areas of regular expenditure.
What is a business plan?
A formal written document containing the goals of a business and the methods for attaining those goals.
