Q

What is unconscious bias and how may this affect a surveyors work?

A

Unconscious Bias relates to the associations that we hold which are deeply ingrained and outside of our control or awareness.

This can impact how we interact with clients, colleagues and suppliers - positive actions need to be taken to ensure that these biases do not adversely prejudice people.
