What is a Cake?
Cake is a form of sweet food made from flour, sugar, and other ingredients, that is usually baked.

Rubbing -in Method ?

One Stage / All-In- One Method?
Dry ingredients are mixed, then fat, liquid, and eggs are added to make the batter.

The fat and sugar are mixed until the mixture is light, fluffy, and the sugar partly dissolves.
