What is malnutrition?
Lack of proper nutrition, caused by not eating, not eating the right things.
What is undernutrition?
Insufficient intake of energy and nutrients to meet an individual need to maintain good health
What is overnutition?
A form of malnutrition this is when you intake too much nutrients, which leads up to body fat.
What is a balanced diet?
A balanced diet contains all of the nutrients and the right amount of nutrients in a body.
What is nutritional status?
The state of the body resulting from the intake and use of nutrients or the condition of health as it relates to the intake and use of food by the body.

It is the most frequently used method to assess the nutritional status of individual or groups.
What is Biochemical?
Its a nutritional assessment test that test body fluids to check for nutrients deficiencies or imbalanced.
What is Clinical?
It involves evaluation a person’s health, medical history and dietary habits to identify nutritional deficiencies or needs.
What is Dietary?
It examines a person’s food intake and eating habits to determine their nutritional adequacy and identify any potential deficiencies.
What is Epidemiological Data?
Uses a population based data to analyze the relationship btw diet, nutrition and health outcomes across large group of ppl.
