straw colored discharge, vulva is very swollen, accepts male, optimal breeding time, (usually last 9 days)

no outwards signs of being in heat, uterus is repairing, can last anywhere from 1-6 months depending if had puppies or not

Bacterial infection(std of dogs), zoonotic, through saliva or mucous membranes, will cause infertility in male and female, and will cause late term abortion around 45-55 days, will be positive for the rest of their lives

Low calcium/ low blood

signs of being in heat start going away, vaginal discharge goes away, wont accept male
