Revelation is the communication from god through humans, beings come to know who god is

A person who trusts god is aware of gods love and in return loves god, it’s a matter of the heart
Belief
Knowing that god is all good. God created us and leaves us god sent Jesus to prove this. It’s a matter of the mind
Describe three core beliefs of Catholicism
God created human beings to be perfect loving relationships with one another and with god
The sin of the first humans deprived human beings of that perfect loving relationship
Jesus Christ established the church with his apostles as its first leaders
Salvation history
How god has worked to restore the relationship between him and humanity that was lost through sin. Salvation history is the history of the church
World view
A world view is how a person sees and understands the world
How does a worldview differ from a belief
It is different from a belief because belief is a specific thing but a worldview is bigger than one thing.
What is similar between a worldview and a belief
They are similar because you base your worldviews off of your beliefs

A word or phrase for one thing that is used to refer to another thing to show or describe some trait or characteristic of the second thing

A statement that summarizes religious beliefs

The liturgy of the eucharist
Is paired with the liturgy of the word as the central part of the mass. The Eucharist is a sacrament
Body and blood of Christ
By breaking the bread and passing the cup, we do much more than participate in a symbolic action; we make that symbol real and powerful.
This part of the mass is also reminiscent of the Jewish Passover meal.
