How does GTN help ACS patients?
A
Used for rapid alleviation of angina. Causes dilation of the venuels (reducing preload) and arterioles (reducing afterload). This dilation improves blood flow through the heart and to the tissues.

A
Help lower the amount of LDL cholesterol in the blood

What does SAL mean in relation to ECG chest leads?
A
Septal (V1 and V2), Anterior (V3 and V4), Lateral (V5 and V6)
