Why work in Japan?

Japan is very beautiful and known for its high quality of work. Since I was a child, it has been my dream to live and work in Japan. I believe that working there will help me gain more knowledge. Also, I have always been fascinated by Japan’s rich culture, particularly its respect for privacy and silence.

Can you describe a situation where you had to handle a challenging behavior with a patient?

How would you handle a situation where a patient does not understand your Japanese?
If a patient does not understand my Japanese, I will speak slowly and use simple words. I will also use gestures, facial expressions, and pictures to help them understand. If needed, I will repeat the message in a different way to make it clearer. My goal is to communicate with patience and care to ensure they feel safe and comfortable.”

Why are you interested in working as a caregiver in Japan?

I want to work as a caregiver in Japan because I respect Japanese culture and the way elderly people are valued. My goal is to provide quality care and support to the elderly while growing both personally and professionally.
