Nihon wa totemo kirei desu. Takai hinshitsu no shigoto de shirarete imasu. Watashi wa kodomo no koro kara Nihon ni sunde to hataraku no ga yume deshita. Soko de hataraku koto de, motto ooku chishiki o eru koto ga dekiru to shinjite imasu. Mata, watashi wa nihon no yutaka na

Japan is very beautiful and known for its high quality of work. Since I was a child, it has been my dream to live and work in Japan. I believe that working there will help me gain more knowledge. Also, I have always been fascinated by Japan’s rich culture, particularly its respect for privacy and silence.

My strength is that I am a hard worker and always do my best.

I have experience taking care of my grandfather. I assisted him with his daily activities such as bathing, dressing, and feeding. I also provided companionship, emotional support, and ensured his safety and comfort every day.

Can you describe a situation where you had to handle a challenging behavior with a patient?

When I was taking care of my grandfather, there were times when he refused to eat. Instead of forcing him, I calmly listened to him and tried to understand his feelings. Through this experience, I learned the importance of patience, empathy, and effective communication.

How would you handle a situation where a patient does not understand your Japanese?
If a patient does not understand my Japanese, I will speak slowly and use simple words. I will also use gestures, facial expressions, and pictures to help them understand. If needed, I will repeat the message in a different way to make it clearer. My goal is to communicate with patience and care to ensure they feel safe and comfortable.”

Why are you interested in working as a caregiver in Japan?

I want to work as a caregiver in Japan because I respect Japanese culture and the way elderly people are valued. I also want to use my caregiving skills to help those in need and learn more about Japan’s advanced caregiving system. My goal is to provide quality care and support to the elderly while growing both personally and professionally.
