How did you act in accordance with ROC 1-5?

A
  1. Gave client an honest recommendation- did not just jump to 3 stars (better result) as I did not think it was attainable due to their objectives.
  2. Competence- understood Fitwel, under the guidance of a Fitwel Ambassador
  3. good quality & diligent service- provided the client with a Fitwel Recommendation Report on what to do to target the highest rating in their Fitwel recommendations.
    4.) treat others with respect & encourage diversity and inclusion- Fitwel Strategies- lactation rooms, many meetings encouraged people to speak up.
    5.) maintain trust in public profession, take responsibility for actions- maintain trust in the profession- not scoring Fitwel wrongly- giving business correct rating.
