Militiristation increase over 1910-1914. Seen the most in Germany with a 73% increase in defense expenditure

Slavic nationalism. They took over Bosnia and want to take over Serbia to gain control of all Slavic people

Italy held a defensive alliance, meaning it will only participate if attacked. Later joins the allies
