What are the SCEs used for? (Basic terms)

SCEs use blade servers to host primary software functions of Sonar, SMCS, Navigation and NCF.

What are MFCs for? (Basic terms)
A
MFCs provide operators user interfaces to Sonar, SMCS, Navigation and NCF.

What are shared cabs for? (Basic terms)
A
Shared cabs house interface electronics to Sonar, SMCS and Navigation sensors.
They also house the FTU, SANs. SWIM converters, NPUs, VSUs, TDLE and the WEDIS laptop
