why are nutritional improvements diffucult
Nutritional improvements are difficult due to several factors. Limited access to fresh, healthy foods, especially in rural or remote areas, makes it challenging to eat healthily. Additionally, economic barriers often make healthier options more expensive than processed foods. Cultural factors and changes in traditional diets can further complicate healthy eating. There’s also a lack of nutrition education, making it hard for people to make informed choices. The marketing of unhealthy foods and emotional eating can also influence poor food choices. Overcoming these challenges requires addressing access, affordability, education, and social support systems.
