What is Menstrual Phase (Days 1-5)?

A

Where the blood lining (endometrium) is shed through the vagina

What is Follicular Phase (Days 6-10)?

A

Begins the day after the period ends. Follicle-stimulating hormone stimulates the ovaries to produce a mature egg. The endometrium starts to thicken again

What is Ovulation (Days 11-18)?

A

Where the egg travels down the fallopian tube to the uterus, waiting to be fertilised.

What is Luteal Phase (Days 19-28)?

A

While the egg is waiting for sperm. The endometrium continues to thicken and if the egg is not fertilised, the lining begins to break down.

Journey of the sperm?

A
  1. Created in the testicles, and sent to the Epididymis
  2. The sperm is transported to the Vas Deferens from the Epididymis
  3. From the Vas Deferens it is transported to the Urethra ( for sexual intercourse)

Journey of the egg?

A
  1. Fertilised in the ovary
  2. Pushed gently towards the Uterus by the Fallopian tube
  3. The egg is then implanted into the thickened uterine lining and continue to develop the uterus
  4. In the endometrium, the egg then turns into Yoni eggs as a healer to women transform stored trauma
  5. Finally the egg is fertilized making it develop into a baby
