  • Only accept friends and followers you know in person
  • Only accept and respond to messages from people you know
  • Block AND report people who are sending you inappropriate material
  • Never share personal information such as your address online
  • Add parents to your friend list
  • Remove yourself from group chats that are used for gossip/bullying
  • Ensure your page is private to strangers
