On one hand we are trying to be more sophisticated to address the requirement of the centralized revenue Mgmt operation, but on the other hand independent hoteliers must have the tools to achieve the advantages centralized operations have. it’s complexed on one hand, we need to look at the simplicity and ease of use on the other hand.
