Wretch
Noun
- Someone who has suffered a lot and deserves sympathy.

Wedge
Noun
- A piece of wood, metal or other material with a pointed edge at one end and a wide edge at the other, used to keep two things apart or when forced between two things, to break them apart.

Polarity

- The quality in an object that produces opposite magnetic or electric charges.
The polarity of the candidates’ views on the issue means that the voters have a clear choice to make.
What is wonderful now about our modern style is that those polarities are swirled together in a way that is very real and earthy, yet elegant at the same time.

- To make someone responsible for someone or sth.
We entrusted our dog to a neighbor when we weng away on a trip.
Each one takes an oath to protect the country’s secret and is expected to take special care in protecting the classified information entrusted to them.

- A particular smell esp. a bad one.
This deodorang prevents bad odor from occuring.

- Someone who’s not accepted socially by other people because of his/her behavior is unusual or strange
