30:2 - continuous once secure airway (intubated)
Middle of the lower half of the sternum
100-120 bpm
Allow for complete chest recoil
Depth 5-6cm
Minimise interruptions
Change person every 2 minutes if able

Use of a precordial thump

Answer 3

Not recommended
Used to cardiovert if in VF/VT
Ulnar edge of a fist on lower half of the sternum, 20cm away and retract immediately
