-Increase amount you urinate causing weight loss. Beneficial for boxing to meet weight division
-Cause cramp, dehydration, loss of salts, muscle weakness, heart damage

-Addictive with unpleasant withdrawal symptoms

-Aids faster recovery. Usually used by sprinters.
-Cause high blood pressure, heart disease and infertility. Could cause cancer
