What is anxiety?
Physical tension about the future
What is a panic attack?
An abrupt experience of intense fear of acute discomfort accompanied by physical discomfort

Activated signals from the brain stem that signals danger

What is GAD?

What is a panic disorder?
When individuals experience severe and unexpected panic attacks

When people constantly pick on their own appearance and fear people will laugh at them

Urge to pull out ones own hair
What is excoriation?
Repetitive and compulsive picking of the skin
