How does temperature affect rate of diffusion?
A
When temp is increased the phospholipids will have more kinetic energy and will move more - this causes membrane to form gaps and become more fluid.

A
Polar solvents like water interact with charged phosphate heads, keeping membrane stable, which keeps rate of diffusion constant.
