• Halo effect - all opinions are formed by one component. A great engineer doesn’t always make a great project manager.
• Burndown/Burn Up Chart - track the work that remains to be done on a project/sprint (Y ось - completed work в проекте/спринте, X ось - number of sprints/time). BURNUP (!) charts are a good way to track how much you’ve already accomplished and check on the project’s scope (т.к. помогают показывать добавленный скоуп)

• Work breakdown structure (WBS) - См. раздел “Scope”
• Resource breakdown structure (RBS) (see pic) - Создается через WBS в процессе “Estimate Activity Resources” (Resource Management, Planning). В виде орг.структуры. Breaks the work down by type of resource needed
• Organizational theory (agile) - Method to study organizations чтоб узнать как решают проблемы, как повышают эффективность и продуктивность. Помогает разрабатывать эффективные resource management policies для правильной оценки, управления, получения людских и физических ресурсов. E.g. (???) Lean, Kaizen, JIT
