Выучить хотя бы SV, CV, CPI, SPI и понимать их

  • EV comes first во всех формулах
  • Variance means subtract
  • Index means division
  • If the formula relates to cost, use AC
  • If the formula relates to schedule, use PV
  • For variances interpretation: Negative is bad :( and positive is good :)
  • For indices interpretation: Greater than one is good :) and less than one is bad :(. This only applies to CPI&SPI ! The opposite is true for TCPI !
