Everyone’s country is melted and changed into one culture

Where all cultures coexist together peacefully

Was created because of the new borders that were placed with U.S. James Douglass was chief. Became popular because of cheap land. Had a Royal Naval
The colony of Vancouver Island
James Douglass was governor. Created the treaties before it was made. Became very popular and soon joined with the colony of BC in 1866
