Developmental job rotation

An outside consultant who questioned the executives associates to identify the executive strengths and weaknesses, and then councils the executive so they can capitalize on those strengths and overcome the weaknesses.

The use of an experience individual the mentor to teach and train someone the protégé with less knowledge in a given area

A concern or value that a person will not give up if a choice Has to be made
