Purpose of sketching the crime scene

A

A crime scene sketch supplements your field notes and photographs and helps with report writing. Sketches aid in the reconstruction,
explanation, and permanent recording of an incident. They can show positions of objects in relation to one another
that are not easily visible in photographs
