  • heart is larger (cannot comment that acurately on cardiomegaly)

PA

  • film taken posterior -> anterior
  • heart is smaller

Right heart border

  • should be clearly defined
  • if not may be right middle lobe consolidation

Hilar vasculature
- upper lobe diversion is a sign of HF
