Charismatic worship is
- Worship that focuses on more energetic activities such as singing, dancing or clapping

Significance of bible during worship
- teachings that come from God himself.
- let God communicate with them through its message.
-to help them through difficulties or with particular spiritual problems.

Liturgical worship advantages
- it is rooted in tradition = encourages commitment
-helps explain the significance of the sacraments - passes on teaching that has been handed down by the earliest disciples of Jesus.
-encourages a greater understanding of the key elements of the bible
Liturgical worship disadvantage
-sticking to a particular structure might impede one’s personal connection to God
Crucifix is
symbolic cross with Jesus on it that for Christians represents the sacrifice Jesus made for humankind
Inspiration is
Inspiration - Indirect communication from God that Christians use to guide their lives
Lord’s Prayer is
Recited in church services
Rosary is
prayer beads with a crucifix attached that Christians use to help them recite prayers
Visions are
Vision - A direct communication with God experienced by an individual through sight and often sound
Set prayers are
- the same structure = usually liturgical worship,
-commonly Lord’s Prayer
-important as they have been spoken or taught by Jesus and the Bible.
Informal prayers are
-do not have any particular structure or wording,
- do not remain the same each time they are spoken.
- less common in liturgical worship -engage in informal prayer when in specific troubles.
