Highlight the struggles of internationalising a small family owned business as there are a multitude of barriers
However, in the case for Co-founder at the time Jack Class, he knew the benefits of internationalising would outweigh the struggles.
They were reluctant to do so as they were comfortable, no knowledge etc
Jack Class and his family had difficulties exporting. Jack class had went to a networking event to gain knowledge and expertise advice and he learned how to set up an E-business which helped the business drastically
