A

-Rocky coast
- stretches of the Atlantic-facing coast, where the waves are more powerful for much of the year (Cornwall or NW Scotland)
-Where the rate of erosion is greater than the rate of deposition
-Erosion landforms, e.g. headlands, cliffs, wave cut platforms

A

-Sandy and Esturain Coast
- Stretches the coast where the waves are less powerful
-Where the coast is sheltered from large waves, e.g. estuaries and bays
-where the deposition rate is higher than the erosion rate.
-Deposition landforms, beaches, spits, tomodos
