*Add all ingredients into a mixing glass over ice and stir. Pour into a ricks glass over a Lazer etched ice cube.

*Garnish Lime Wedge

*Salt rim of Collins glass and set aside. Add all ingredients to a Boston Shaker over ice and shake. Strain over ice in prepared Collins glass.

.25oz dragon fruit syrup
.25oz Monin Guava Puree
3/4oz Orange Juice

Combine all ingredients over ice. Shake and strain into rocks glass.

*Garnish with a dehydrated dragon fruit wheel

.75oz Guava puree
1oz Sweet n Sour
1oz Pineapple Juice
.75 Egg White

*Float soda

Shake all ingredients over ice and open pour into a highball glass and fill with soda.

*Garnish: Rosemary sprig

.5oz St Germain Elderflower
2oz Moscato
.5oz Lemon juice

*Shake ingredients not including Moscato.

Add dehydrated strawberries to bottom of red wine glass. Top with crushed ice.
Strain cocktail and add Moscato’s and splash soda.

*Garnish with lemon twist.
