   1/2 oz Crown Royal Regal Apple
   1/2 oz Lime Juice
   1/2 oz Apple Cider
Top with Ginger Beer
2 Dashes Angostura Bitters

*Mix first four ingredients in mixing glass with ice, strain into ice-packed copper mug, add 2 dashes Angostura Bitters and top-off with ginger beer. Garnish with apple slice and lime wedge.

  • 6 Mint Leaves
  • 1 Barspoon Absinthe
  • 1/2oz Simple Syrup
  • 5 Dashes Peychaud’s Bitters
  • 2oz Basil Hayden Rye
  • Add cherries, mint and Absinthe to a shaker tin and muddle. Add remaining ingredients with ice and shake. Dump into highball glass and top with more ice.
  • Garnish: rolled and spiked lemon twist with mint sprig

*Add all ingredients except Ginger ale to a Boston Shaker over ice and shake. Strain into highball glass over ice. Float ginger ale. Add lime wedge to rim of glass.

Cranberry and Cinnamon Whiskey Sour/ AKA Fall off ‘46

•2oz Makers Mark
•1oz House Made Cranberry Syrup
•1 dash Sour Mix
•1 dash Orange Juice
*Garnish: 3 Cranberries 

*Add all ingredients to a Boston Shaker over ice and shake. Pour into a highball glass over ice. Spear 3 cranberries atop cocktail.

***Cranberry/Cinnamon Syrup Instructions
•2 cups cranberries
•2 cups water
•2 cups sugar
•2 cinnamon sticks
*In a medium saucepan add ingredients and bring to a boil over Medium-High heat. Reduce and let simmer stirring occasionally until the cranberries have burst open and can easily be stirred into the syrup, resulting in a smooth consistency. Takes about 10 minuets. Once done, remove from heat. Fine strain all particles from syrup. Let cool and store.

*Stir all ingredients with hot water in an Irish Footed Coffee Mug rimmed with crushed white pepper candied pecans. Top with fresh grated nutmeg

*Garnish: Orange peel

*Add all ingredients to a mixing glass over ice and stir. Strain over an ice sphere in a highball glass. Cut a peel from an orange and flame the expressed oil over the cocktail then drop into glass.
