Disulfide bond to hold light and heavy chains together.

A
An abnormal immune response in which the body’s immune system mistakes its own healthy tissues as foreign and attacks them.

Why are antibodies specific to nuclear proteins not normally made?
A
Nuclear proteins are usually hidden in the nucleus so the antibody wouldn’t be able to get to it.
