What is the Consumer Rights Act of 2015?
An act to ensure that businesses treat customers fairly by providing satisfactory goods that must be fit for their purpose and as described.
What are the other rights of the Consumer Rights Act?
• There must be a 30-day return for all faulty products
• 6 month faults shouldn’t develop (unless customer guilt is proved)
• Service agreements should be completed on time
What are Organisation Charts?
Diagrams that show how workers are organised within a business.

1) Hierarchal : Several layers of management
2) Channels of Communication : Responsibility and authority are shown via lines of communication
3) Chain of Command : Link between managers and employees
4) Span of Control : The number of people each manager is responsible for

- Can also include desirable/suggested skills
What’s the difference between Internal and External Recruitment?
Internal Recruitment is hiring people already within the company whereas External Recruitment is hiring from outside the company.

• Promotion Opportunities (motivation for staff)
• Any induction training?
• Already familiar candidate
