No, take the last pill even if it means taking two within one day. Leave any earlier missed pills then continue taking pills everyday.

There is no need for emergency contraception as long as the patient had taken the pill for 7 continuous days the week prior (however still use condoms for 7 days alongside just to be safe)q

She should finish the pills in her current pack and start a new pack the next day, thus omitting the pill free interval
