A
- weight by difference copper sulfate into a test tube
- add water, and place in water bath, stir to dissolve
- in a fume cupboard, and 2cm^3 CONCENTRATED AMMONIA to the test tube
- pour contents into a beaker containing ethanol, stir and cool in an ice bath
- bichner filter. wash test tube with ethanol and transfer washings to buchner
- rince crystals with icr cold ethanol
- dry between fp
- measure mass
