1. Stable + basal crackles - if nil response to o2 and GTN +/- Furosemide
2. Increased WOB and/or mid zone to full field crackles - concurrently with pharmacology

1. LOC = P or U
2. SBP <90mmHg
3. Hypoventilation
4. Facial Trauma
5. Epistaxis
6. Pneumothorax
7. Active vomiting
