Clinical features of cubital tunnel

A
  • Tingling/numbness of the 4th and 5th finger
    (starts intermittent then becomes constant)
  • May develop weakness and muscle wasting
  • Pain worse on leaning on the affected elbow
  • Hx of OA or prior trauma to the area is common
