What are the penalties under GDPR?
£17.5m or 4% of annual turnover (whichever is higher)
What is Planon? Advantages and drawbacks?
Advantages – Central system with two factor authentication where projects and assets can be tracked with live updates from individual members of the property team.
Disadvantages – Outdated, lots of incorrect entries due to the historic lack of training on the platform. This is being rectified.
What is Nimbus? Advantages and drawbacks?
Advantages – Quick and easy to identify appropriate sites based off filters. Can check planning, flood risks, site boundaries very fast.
Disadvantages – Data is still being built up, there are teething issues with some titles and occasionally missing information.
What is Monday.com? Advantages and drawbacks?
Advantages - Allows the property team to upload relevant lease data while being secure. Can limit access rights and notifies the relevant team member when there are upcoming lease events.
Disadvantages – Data must be manually entered by a member of the team, has to be manually automated.
How does password protecting and encrypting emails prevent breaches?
Prevents emails from being shared which significantly reduces the chance of breaches.
