How would you explain the standard, express, and rush speed for a DBA to a customer?
Standard Processing is free for all orders. Please note that the Standard, express, and rush processing speeds listed are the processing timeframes for Swyft Filings to prepare your DBA application, not the state/county processing time to approve your DBA filing.- This is in the checkout process
Is a notary always required to file a DBA?
No! It is important to always check the DBA sheet. If the information is not on the DBA sheet you can slack a processor or explain to the customer that the instructions will be uploaded by a member of our processing team.
Are DBAs filed on the state or county level?
TRICK QUESTION!! They are filed on both. Always check the DBA sheet if you are unsure how they are filed.
If a DBA application needs to be updated what would you do? (EX. The customer wants to change the name of the DBA)
If the DBA application has a bar code you will need to create a ticket for Brian to upload an updated DBA application. If the DBA application does not have a bar code you are able to edit the document yourself. If you need assistance please ask a neighbor or a supervisor
