- fluid shifts/moon : pull on the water in the body and sea by the ?=> the shift
*delirium/alcohol withdrawal sequence
first 2 days:
agitation=irritability;
hypertension; and tachycardia

HOWEVER:usually presents with only 1 or 2 / 3 features!!!/
note:confusion commonly manifests as disorientation and indifference
